Initial session up to 90 mins

Your first session gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, explore what has brought you to EFT and begin working towards your goals. While many sessions last around an hour, I allow up to 90 minutes for your first appointment so that there's no need to rush if you have more to share or if we feel it's beneficial to spend a little longer together.

Each session there after 60-minute

The session is tailored to your individual needs. Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, we'll gently identify and address the thoughts, emotions or limiting beliefs that may be keeping you feeling stuck.

Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, low confidence, fears, or emotional blocks, EFT offers a gentle yet effective approach to helping you feel calmer, more balanced and more in control.

There is no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with, and every session is carried out at your own pace.

During your session you can expect:

• Time to discuss what you'd like support with

• A personalised EFT tapping session tailored to your needs

• Practical techniques you can continue to use between sessions

Many clients leave feeling calmer, lighter and better equipped to move forward. As every individual is unique, the number of sessions needed will vary depending on your goals and circumstances.

Every client is different. Some people are ready to begin tapping quite quickly, while others need more time to talk through what's brought them to the session. By allowing up to 90 minutes for your first appointment, we can work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Sessions are held online via Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home.

You are never required to share personal details. Many participants choose simply to listen and tap along, making group sessions a comfortable way to experience EFT for the first time.
